We are pleased to inform you that our company "SXMPREFAB.COM" has entered into a partnership with  E.C.L. Real Estate. This real estate company is located in Philipsburg Sint Maarten and was founded and is managed by mr. Leopold Gumbs.
Mr. Gumbs, together with his sales team, is responsible for representing the interests of "SXMPREFAB.COM" in the Antilles and in Sint Maarten in particular. The collaboration involves looking after the commercial and sales part of our prefab houses. The realization, implementation, construction and delivery of our prefab houses ready for operation (Turn Key) is also carried out,  arranged and coordinated by mr. Gumbs .

The project engineering and calculation is done in the Netherlands by mr. Cancy Heyliger. Cancy Heyliger is the founder of SXMPREFAB.COM in the Netherlands. SXMPREFAB.COM is part of Cancy Internet Marketing Service in the Netherlands. Cancy Internet Marketing Service was founded in 2009 by Mr. Cancy Heyliger.

Cancy Internet Marketing Service is registered in the Chamber of Commerce with registrationnumber 27345834. Our international banking partner is ABNAMRO. Cancy is responsible for full sales support and engineering from the Netherlands to mr. Gumbs.(E.C.L.)

E.C.L was founded in the 1980s by Mr. Leopold. mr. Leopold is a real estate agent and his company is located in Philipsburg Saint Maarten. mr. Leopold has been active in the field of real estate in the Antilles for decades. mr. Gumbs is a "local" as it is popularly called, He knows all the ins and outs of the Real Estate world in the Caribbean.
